This week’s WOW! led to a lot of activity. Several of our submissions were particularly rambunctious.
This week, we got our first poet entering. Confessions of a Dr. Mom penned an ode to her rambunctious boy.
We’d also like to thank our ever expanding Nerd Mafia for their continued participation. You’re all fantastic. We appreciate the Made Men showing up to represent week after week. And we simply love the rest of you putting your glasses on in an attempt to get “made”.

Hot Mess

I wish I could update the forecast, but we’re in a rut in terms of weather around here. The Rambunctious front remains stalled, although the sibling hostility factor seems much reduced. Now we’re dealing with I’m Bored squalls, which pop up somewhat unpredictably during the day, but the Natl Weather Service has noticed a patter wherein I’m Bored develops while Mom’s on the computer.
Be advised.

Okay this is too funny! Bret and I were just watching a preview for tonight’s Design Star on HGTV and one of the judges described the room as a “hot mess” which led to our discussion over hot mess and what it meant and whether or not it had made it into Webster’s yet! What a coincidence!!!!

Too bad I already posted about my sickness. Two nights ago I really was a “hot mess”… And sorry I didn’t get around to it last week. NO promises… I’m off to another one of those weeks again. Blech. Congrats on all the success though. I’m glad it’s going well.
I admire all the brains that can do the word up, yo… I try, and my brain… well, it’s just much too late for me. BUT I LOVE reading how creative everyone’s is, it’s a good exercise for the noggin’ and think it should be trademarked and marketed with promises to ward off Alzheimer’s…..
