Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

Two Lessons Learned:
1. Maddie looks like a rag doll sliding down.
2. Your weight makes a HUGE difference in the velocity at which you fall.

Looks like such a fun time. We have one of those places here that I take the kids to sometimes but I have not gone down the slide with them yet.

It was actually our first time there, though it’s a popular kiddie bday destination.

I love how much fun you’re all having :) Abbey trickles down those slides by herself. When I go down…whoosh!

You are such a fun mommy. We may be on our way to Monkey Joe’s this morning. But I will surely make husband do the climbing & sliding.

You guys are too cute. That looks like a blast!! My dad, who is a heavy guy, did a huge water slide and went so fast his shorts ripped in half.

I adore slides, always go on them. They are so much fun. I need to take my kids to the Pump It UP place we have here…it’s an hour away and 8 bucks a person…but, what the heck, right?

Julia was on one of these at our community day celebration over the summer. Sadly there were too many kids. I didn’t get to give it a try! Nice job not bowling everyone over!

I can’t wait until my son is old enough to do these! (not that I want him to grow up any faster than he already is). I’ll be sliding down right along with him!

Hilarious, I want to go. We have one not too far from us but haven’t braved it with all the kids yet. Maybe we will get a sitter and just go ourselves!

This looks like so much fun! Did you get to go more than once? Jeremy and I are always angling to try to get to slide down, just to see how fast we can get going. You got like three feet of air that time.

Last summer I waited 45 minutes in the hot sun to go down a water slide at a park in FL. I ripped something in my shoulder which I am still going to physical therapy for. Lovely end to a vacation! I learned I am too old for that kinda stuff, lol!

Haha! I love your face going down that slide. It looks like mine when I’m forced to accompany my kids on those. I don’t like them and would not dare let anyone film me while going down, lest they see the fear in my ginormous eyes!

LOL! This totally cracked me up. Why was I not expecting YOU to slide down? So fun.

Call me a big kid, but I LOVE those bouncy slides. I climb up to the top with my kids and jump. That moment in the air before you hit the slide and speed down makes it that much more exhilarating. The taller the slide, the better!

Oh my gosh, SO FUN! I too love all that stuff! Did they have a bouncy cage too? You guys, I mean gals, are too cute!

I LOVE this! We have a place called Crazy Bounce by us and I cannot WAIT until Eddie is old enough to go on all the big slides there…he is such a monster…he will LOVE it!

And maybe I love it too :)

You crack me up . . . and are a super cool Mommy! I think I got stuck crawling through one of those pump-it-up thingies when Katie was 3. I couldn’t get over the “hump” in one spot, and the husband had to crawl in and help me. MAJOR embarassing moment in my life. :O
