As promised, the backstory of that photo…
When I was 32 weeks pregnant with Kate, Craig and I loaded up his bike and our car, and drove 10 hours from Memphis, TN, to Austin, TX, for Craig to take part in Lance Armstrong’s Ride for the Roses. Craig raised a ton of money for the LiveStrong Foundation, which was awesome. His leg shaving was – as many athletes know – part of his race preparation in order to achieve top speed.
The photo was taken by me, in our hotel room, the night before his race.
And, yes, he was using one of my Lady Bic Pastel razors.
Not as interesting a story as you expected, right?

My hub was into cycling hardcore, when we met. He used to shave his legs, chest, etc..so I have a few of these pictures to share as well…I’m saving them for later, so that I can use them to blackmail him into doing chores.
One of the upsides of blogging…the ability to share things like this with the world.
