Stupid Dog (or Human?) Tricks

Ever since adopting Tessa Belle, Craig has been very serious about dog training. He’s done a fantastic job with the dogs, even refreshing Jack‘s bag of tricks he learned long ago.

The video below is of both dogs showcasing their new talent. Sweet 10 year old Jack has a somewhat modified version of the trick Tessa completes with great ease.

I love that’s there’s just one shoe, that you didn’t move. We are sisters in tidy. :)
I think Jack was the smart one, getting the treat the direct way.

    Ha! I love this.

And to be honest, I would probably do ‘tricks’ for food too. ;-)

Oh my gosh. That was too cute. Having a puppy ourselves, we haven’t even started the training beyond potty training. I really need to get on that…but I think I’m going to sign him up for a class. ;-)

That is adorable. Poor guy. At least he tried right?
PS. Chunky said he wanted to come over your house because of the toys…oy.

Good boy Jack! Under is just as fine as over, especially if you do it with grace and style!

I loved the video, and how happy your family is to spend time together. :) You guys are so sweet.

My favorite part of the whole film was when Craig, trying to work with Jack, held his finger up to make Tessa sit, and she bit his finger.

Can Katie come live with Craig for a few months?

Aw. Jack’s way of doing it is how I would do it too. And I am NOT an old man.

    Stupid human for sure :)

As in, “this guy thinks he’s so smart for making us do tricks but does he realize he’s giving us FOOD???”

So cute! My new weenie dog likes to fetch. I am not going to attempt to teach the 11 year old weenie, however.

I, like Jack, am rarely eager but easily persuaded by food.

Your dog just may be my soul-mate.
