I Was a Senior Hottie!

Good morning seniors at Blogville High! The day has arrived to put your best foot forward and show us what you’ve got!

Who was the Most Popular?

Most Likely to Succeed?

Valedictorian?

Senior Prom King and Queen?

Well, today those titles are meaningless because all we care about is who was the most smokin’ hot their senior year of high school.

You can see 4 of my finest below. Faces have been modified to protect the innocent.

- – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – - – -

The professional photos taken at the dance were always classic, right? Cheesy backgrounds and the dance’s theme (which was always based on some popular song) emblazoned on the bottom.

high school,homecoming,senior year

What about all the photos taken before you ever left for the dance? Tell me I wasn’t the only one who took the “Back-of-dress-and-hair” photos?

#SeniorHottie

A guy friend went to a Catholic high school in the city and asked me to go with him to their Valentine’s Dance. Apparently mid-year, I had shorter hair but was still rockin’ the bangs.

I grew my hair long again by the time prom rolled around. Who didn’t love the up do?

high school, senior year

For graduation, the boys were blue and the girls donned gold robes.

And my hair was short again. Go figure.

Second, you come up with some incredible meme’s/linkups/etc…you’re incredibly creative!

So much fun to play dress up. I didn’t even think to grab dance pictures. Those could have been fun too! Maybe next spring. The funny thing is your dresses don’t seem dated yet….but I guess you’re not too far removed. My prom dress looks like I could be on top of a wedding cake.

it’s so funny that you did this because i wrote my post a couple of weeks ago. i am not ashamed of my senior picture, but it is weird. i still have bangs, always will have bangs because my forehead is like 10 inches tall and i look so severe with my bangs off. i also did the yo yo hairdo through high school. just when i would grow it out, off it would go! but no matter what, always the bangs!

  69. Katie

You are so lovely and adorable and hotttt!

And I hope you don’t take offense to this, but I was called this a few months back, but I think it fits you better, Liz. So, I’m giving you my name. You are a Polly Pocket. I mean, truly, your clothes and hair are perfect. You’re a little doll and you could probably fit into a pocket or at least a medium sized purse. And that’s not an insult. Without my heels, I’m a pocket sized girl, too.

I’m not posting my pics, mainly because I have no idea where they are. But, I do want to find this pic of me on the beach at 18 years old in my red and white striped bikini. It’s awesome and heartbreaking at the same time. There are boobs and abs in that shot that ran away and no matter how hard I try to coerce them back, they’re just not coming. I might just have to replace them with something man made. *Snort*

    • Liz
      May 27, 2011 | 8:27 pm

Oh, how you MUST search for the bikini photo!!

And the Polly Pocket thing? I’m not that short. I mean, I’m not tall, but I’m not short.

Do you think the Polly Pocket thing is why men put you on their laps all the time?

It’s the Triple P – Polly Pocket Phenomenon.
